Our resin pieces are made with so much love and we package them carefully, but sometimes things break. 

Upon opening your order, please be sure to check that there are no damage that have occurred during transit.  We will replace or fully refund all frames that have been broken in transit (click here for further details).

We can either post it to you, or if you are able to collect it (Shellharbour NSW), we'll contact you for collection.
